By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site.

Bameur Agency provides web design and development, SEO, digital marketing, branding, e-commerce development, and social media marketing services. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a written contract or proposal signed by both parties.

All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work commences only after written acceptance and deposit payment. Mid-project scope changes may result in adjusted pricing and timelines, agreed in writing before implementation.

Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership of all deliverables created specifically for your project. Bameur Agency retains rights to proprietary methodologies, tools, frameworks, and pre-existing code.

You grant Bameur Agency the right to feature your project in our portfolio, presentations, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms are specified in each proposal. A deposit is generally required before work begins. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payment may result in suspension of work.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation applies for the duration of the project and 2 years after its conclusion.

Bameur Agency is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as particular Google rankings or revenue targets), as these depend on many factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you are obligated to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits paid are non-refundable unless termination is initiated by Bameur Agency.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Agadir, Morocco.
